The Terms & Conditions below will be the basis of your contract with Tempora Travel. By sending us a request or asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.

Choosing Your Holiday / Tour

We hope that your Tempora Travel holiday/tour will live up to your expectations so it is very important that you choose the right holiday for you. Our staff are always happy to advise and give you their professional opinion.

Booking & Payment

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The deposit is required after receiving our written confirmation letter confirming you on tour and our invoice.

Please note your reservation is not confirmed until we notify you by e-mail or postal address. A booking is not accepted until we issue an invoice. The date shown on the invoice, which will be sent to you is the date of booking.

The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or cash payment for your deposit.

Travel Information & Documents

After booking you will receive a confirmation invoice with all important information relevant to your holiday / tour. We strongly recommend you check the details carefully and read the information.

Approximately 10 days before departure you will receive your travel documents and vouchers with your final itinerary. However in the case of late bookings, changes or late payments, the documents may be emailed to you.

Cancellation

All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to a 50 EUR per person administrative fee. Additionally, clients are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services including hotels or airlines used in the itinerary.

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus the 50 EUR per person administrative fee. 15–29 days will be subject to loss of deposit: 20% of trip / holiday / program price. 6–14 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 5 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.

Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement. Passports and Visa Requirements

European Union passport holders, as well as visitors from the following countries: Iceland, South Korea, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland, can spend up to 90 days in Bulgaria without a visa.

Citizens of Tunisia with valid international passports can stay in Bulgaria without a visa up to 60 days. Citizens of the United States and Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel, travelling on regular passports, are not required visas for a stay in Bulgaria not exceeding the period of 30 days. If they are planning to stay more than 30 days, or they are travelling on diplomatic or official passport, a visa is required and must be obtained in advance.

A Bulgarian visa (entry or transit) may be obtained at any Bulgarian Embassy or Consular Office in the countries required to get such a visa.

Changes

Prices are based on current rates of tariffs and taxes, exchange. Tempora Travel reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.

Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Tempora Travel control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

Rights and Respect in Photography

Tempora Travel reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes.

By submitting an image to Tempora Travel you (the customer) hereby grant permission and rights to store, display, and use the image and your name as the photographer, on any of Tempora Travel web sites and in any of Tempora Travel’s advertising or promotional materials both printed and on-line.

The photographers retain ownership of all copyright to all photos he or she submits.

Claims and Refunds

Refunds are not made for any missed services, except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation and / or a statement from the Tour leader and /or the local guide verifying the claim. Tempora Travel will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program.

Your payment of the trip / holiday / program price constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.
